Welcome Email

Hello,

I am evaluating the addon form Rackspace Cloud Servers and I did not see how can I get the information to set up the Welcome email.

Can some body give some light in this issue?

Hello Camaya,

Do you want to set up and send welcome email when your customer places an order and receives the product with server?
If I understand you well and this is what you had in mind, you will need to create email template in your WHMCS and connect it with the RackspaceCloudServer product.
