Unban Center - Check IPv4 and IPv6 address

Hi,

We have some customers who get banned on IPv4 but are unable to use the Unban Center to clear the ban as the Unban Center will only show their IPv6 address.

Is it possible to have the Unban Center check for a users IPv4 address and IPv6 address at the same time?
