I was wondering, for the configure server information. This is not making it to the actual VM once the module is complete after checkout. Does this only apply if were using pre-made templates? Thanks!

I am not certain if I understand your inquiry entirely correctly but if you refer to the product configuration it depends on whether you have set configurable options. If yes, default product details will appear upon order placing but a customer will be able to change them at will. Otherwise, the particulars of a virtual machine will match those set in the Module Settings section.

I'm actually speaking of the options where the client sets the host name, name servers and root password.

I am still not entirely sure whether I have recognized the essence of your uncertainty in a proper manner. I assume that you inquire why a product is not created automatically once the invoice is paid. If this is what troubles you, please check the option "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received" in the Module Settings section.

Ok I'll try again....

When a client wishes to purchase a VPS product. There is the section where you choose the billing cycle, configure server and choose the configurable options before finalizing their purchase. There's an issue that Hostname:, NS1 Prefix:, NS2 Prefix: and Root Password: are not making it to the final product once the client clicks "checkout". Instead when the client goes to Manage Product and click Add Server, NONE of the data they inputed before during checkout is there. What is the purpose of the Configure Server at checkout if it's not making it over to VPS Add New Server portion of the module???

The very essence of Proxmox Cloud For WHMCS consists in the fact that your clients can purchase various sets of resources as ready products. With these, they are free to create and modify any number of servers - but only within the imposed limits. While the configurable options defined at the checkout could be applied to the first built VPS server, it might turn out that a customer do not want or is able to create a second virtual machine with the same particulars. For this reason, these details are specified only after the checkout.
