Is there a limit to ModulesGarden support ticket

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum, currently i am using DNS manager module for WHMCS. As i have issue with that module and when i sign up at client portal of ModulesGarden and open a ticket and send. It still shows support ticket(0), I am confused was my ticket send or not. I would be thankful if someone could guide me through it.

Hello,

No there is no number limit, but the functionality of the client area has been temporarily limited due to server migration, therefore you might be unable to open a ticket. Once it's ready, you will be able to open any number of tickets you need.
