Downloads Folder Permission Problem

Set up instructions says to change /modules/addons/mgCRM/uploads permission to 0777. I have done that but I still get an error that says it's not.

CRM For WHMCS makes use of a 'downloads' folder, which is a folder used by WHMCS to store files.
A full path to this folder can be found in module's 'Settings' tab in the section 'Module Status'.
