DNS Manager create zones

DNS Manager create zones

I am using DNS Made Easy.

When trying to create a zone so that I can actually manage my DNS

I get the following error

The domain owner is another user.

This is additional protection introduced in our module to prevent users from adding subdomains to domain which belongs to another user.
If you wish to disable this option, simply uncheck 'Security Zones Management' in 'Processing' tab.

Ok - So I untick - Security Zones Management

Now nothing happens - no error message - and no zone created.

I think your system thinks the zones already exist - but they don't??

So - a hard one you can't solve so I get ignored.

DNS Manager has no instruction on how to use it.

I beleive I have had it set up correctly. But can't create records in DNS Made Easy - I have only managed to import. And then I have been told that that is incorrect - If I import then I am unable to manage them within WHMCS as they were not created within DNS Manager.

This is crazy - I am two weeks into integrating this - and not one bit of advice from Modules Garden has helped me get this working.

And then with the delay in replies - seems I have to wait 24 hours per post.

Doesn't work with DNS Made Easy - yet it advertised that it does.

I want this to work - but if it doesn't then please issue a refund.
