Cpanel Extended doesn't work

Hello guys,
I have some problems settin up the cpanel extended product.
When I create a new product, it creates a new cpanel on whm and it installs WordPress automatically.
The problem is, that when I go to the service details, I don't see the cpanel button, that I had enalbed in the Cpanel Extended Functions.
