Cpanel Extended - Auto setup

Good evening,
I have a problem with the cpanel extended module. In the Module Settings I chose "Automatically setup product as soon as an order is placed", but it doesn't setup the product automatically.
The automatic setup works for all "normal" products, but it doesn't work with the cpanel extended products.
