Advanced Synchronization : JSON formatting error

Just installed the Advanced Synchronization addons.

We believe we've installed and configured it all correctly.

But when we select a valid server from the list presented to us, and click the "List Account" button, we see the following pop-up error message:

The page at ...... says:

DataTables warning (table id = 'DataTables_Table_0'): DataTables warning: JSON data from server could not be parsed. This is caused by a JSON formatting error'

----

Any ideas anyone?

Does the problem occur for cPanel or DirectAdmin?

Most probably this is a problem related to server connection settings but we would like to examine it more thoroughly directly in your system. Feel free to open a support ticket, we will help you.
