Unban center widget for admins

Before using the Unban Center addon, we used an alternative that included a very handy widget for WHMcs administrators, that allowed us to search for blocked IPs and unban them.

A simple search form and a server selector, and an option to search at all available servers, and maybe a log of past unblocks, either from the widget or from the client area.

That proved to be a timesaver when clients sent a ticket requesting help with their site.
