All those are on our roadmap. SMS Center For WHMCS 1.2 will be released first of them, Asterisk VoIP Center For WHMCS 1.2 will be next (but first we are going to release IP Manager For WHMCS 2.0), CRM For WHMCS 1.5 will come after.

Release date of updated Autoscaling For WHMCS is not certain yet, as first we will have to rewrite the most of Advanced Billing For WHMCS core and release most probably version 3.0 of it.

Please keep in mind that between release of each mentioned module, there might be a few other modules released.
