Unban Center For WHMCS will allow you to provide a tool for your end clients to unban themselves (will support cPanel CSF) with additional possibility to create your own 'Unban' modules and configuration section in the admin area.

There are already a few CSF modules for WHMCS that work great, are free (or less than $15), and open source. Not sure why another is needed to be honest. Would rather have you guys working on new stuff that isnt available.

Well, all CSF modules do the same thing, which is remove the IP from the csf.deny and iptables. What would actually make a huge difference is something that also removes the IP address from cPHulk banned list.

Our solution will be better because it will be modular, which means that you will be able to offer your clients a possibility to unban the IP addresses not only from the services which use default cPanel module, but also e.g. cPanel Extended For WHMCS and others. You will be also able to create your own submodules, if you only have some basic PHP knowledge. What is more we will add support for more unban submodules in the future which will further extended the possibilities of the module.

Module will automatically fetch and apply credits even if turned off in WHMCS and will contain module for HostBill.
We will also apply a couple of important fixes and improvements connected with our customers' feedback.

Interesting. Maybe allow adding additional servers like VPS's/Dedicated Servers with cPanel only to the module instead of adding them as a WHMCS Server?
