Hello.

I've just tried this module, and found a number of problems.

First problem (and less important)
For .it domains does not exist a "lock"; rightly, there's not a "lock" button in your interface; the mistake is that "registrar lock" is here specifccied

Second problem: authinfo
If the customer ask for authinfo, this is reported on the screen. No: it has to be sent by email to the registrant, and only to the registrant.

Third problem: contact management
I tried minor changes (telephone, address) and (admin role) it works.
Same changes made by customer does not work (even if the customer get a "Changes Saved Successfully!" message)
Major changes (name of the registrant) does not work (I suppose because this require a TRADE, with change of the registrant).
That's to say: a TRADE require that the customer (or even the admin, or the system) spend the authinfo, and the generation of a new authinfo.
Your module does not ask for the authinfo to the customer who want to change registrant data.

Hello,

Please find the explanation for reported issues below:

Kindly note that the above content was posted almost 3 years ago therefore it might be somewhat outdated. The up-to-date list of features can be always found on our website.

Currently, NIC IT Registrar For WHMCS does not contain such feature unfortunately but it should be included in the next version.

In accordance with WHMCS documentation, the module has to show EPP code, what is to happen next depends on WHMCS only. In this case the content is displayed on the screen.

We are aware of this issue and the fix will be included in the coming update.
