My suggestion would be a redesign. The standard phpbb theme is pretty ugly and looks dated.

Hello,

first of all I suggest to fix the error when I choose "Português Brasileiro" in the registration form for the forum. When I choose this, the pages refreshes, but keep in English.

Another suggestion is to select the most often topics in support tickets, and make this topics in the forum. You need to classify to organize and people understand better.

Then put those topics in the first page of the forum.

You need a person to monitor and reclassify all topics opened in a wrong place too.

That´s it.

-Cpanel Extended
-- [ENG] English Translation for cpanel extended V1 by USer1
-- [ESP] Spanish Translation for cpanel extended V1 by USer1
-cPanel Pack For WHMCS
-cPanel Manage2 For WHMCS
-and so on....
-Hyde Park

*Modules
-cPanel Extended For WHMCS
-cPanel Pack For WHMCS
-cPanel Manage2 For WHMCS
-Parallels Plesk Panel Extended For WHMCS
-Parallels Cloud Server For WHMCS
-Parallels Key Administrator For WHMCS
-DirectAdmin Extended For WHMCS
-DirectAdmin Licenses For WHMCS

every module gets its own folder

Then append a tag to every post published on the category IE.: if the post is for a module function request it will show ass
[REQ] - Ability to change password
or
[BUG] - Problems connecting to host
if the post is about a bug found on the module..

that way the forum will be more organized....

Now about the design..... i prefer a well organized forum with no spams than a good design. (I think that new design can wait...)

A POLL inside every module asking us (the clients) what features should be added next on every module.

1- new template for forum
2- section for sub reseiller ?!
3- open section for all languages user can help other user in us language
4- suggestion to rent your mods , is not to expensive but a lot of member can try for a month !
5- include the translation directly in your mods !
6- template section for whmcs

At the moment we will stick with phpBB but we will slightly improve its design.
Within more or less half year we will perform a complete design rebuilt and probably switch to vBulletin or IP.Board.

Good ideas. We will check out the problem with language and make some reorganization on the Forums soon.

We have had already a separate sections for each module but that didn't work well. We already have 40 modules and by the end of this year we will have over 70 modules, so having that many sections is not a good idea. However we think that idea with tagging posts is brilliant and we will introduce it. An additional refinement of posts naming will be also good and should add our Forums more clarity.

This is indeed a good idea but we are not ready for this yet. Instead of this, we will start to make contests/polls allowing our customers to vote and decide which modules we will create and release. I think that this will be a happy medium, at least for now. First contest will be announced... TODAY!

1. As I stated previously we will slightly improve current design and within about half year we will rebuild the entire Forums and most probably switch the platform.
2. Most probably this will also be added in the nearest future. I think that rather sooner than later.
3. This idea will be considered in the future.
4. We currently offer 7 days free trial which is extendable upon request up to 2 weeks.
5. This is not possible because we are not able to verify and approve every single translation for all the modules. Posting them on the Forums where you can download, verify and discuss about them is currently a better idea I think.
6. Could you elaborate what exactly you have in mind? Indeed we often create some templates and design for WHMCS as a custom request but we are mainly focused on software development side.

Modules Garden should use the forum more, get the users interested, new design would hurt as its extremely basic.

Ask the members what they want you to make for a module, this is crucial, without it you may make a module no one wants.

Get competitions working on the forums, winners get different promo codes, or decides on a module for you to build (or get one custom module build) - this would get me into several topic discussions, ask us what our favorite plugins, ask random questions. Things like this would get me to express my opinion and it will start a group discussion off too.
