Domain Name Suggestions Module

I know this is usually something that is handle by the domain registrar, but is it possible to get an alternate domain name suggestions when a person checks for domain availability?

For example, if I check domain for: testtest.com, it will throw out suggestions like: test-test-.com, testing-tester, all-test.com, etc...

Or would such a module be out of your comfort zone?
