Digital Ocean Module

A digitalocean module would be a nice addition. There is one by another developer but it's way over-priced for what it is. The support hasn't been all that great with it either which makes it even less worth the time and costs.

So far we have not received too much interest in this module so we do not plan to build it. If you are interested, we can always provide Custom Software Development Services, but obviously it will not solve the problem with the price Another option, is to get at least 10 other interested companies (i.e. to place feedback on this thread) so we will reconsider this option.

I would vote for this. What would be the cost? I've been experimenting moving from a cPanel controlled environ to individual hosts for each project and moving from Rackspace and LiquidWeb to Digital Ocean. Of course I have all of the ModulesGarden's tools for Rackspace and LW, so the migration to DO would need a similar tool. Right now it looks like I am going to need to use Salt Cloud to keep all of the servers managed/up to date so maybe I'll see if there is a billing module for that.

It is hard to estimate the cost of the module at this stage but dependant on functionality included in the module, price would be similar to our SolusVM/Proxmox/Rackspace modules.

I'll add a +1 to the DO module also. I suspect that many others (not aware of or active in the forums) would second the idea of a DO module. Looks like it would be a good ROI and time well spent.

You build it.. I'll buy it, test it and keep using it. It's a win win.
